These terms and conditions are an agreement in electronic format between you as an end-user and Debtics. By accessing and using our services, you are in effect, agreeing that you will be bound by and act in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

you must cease our service; your continued use of our service will imply your acceptance of this agreement.
Debtics reserves the right to cancel customer accounts at any time with or without notice. Providing false or invalid account information may result in the termination of your account.

Payment Information
Debtics customers agree to make appropriate payment for the products and services received, in advance of the period during which such services are provided.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save, and hold Provider harmless from all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Provider, its agents, its customers, officers, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees, or assigns.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the provider against liabilities arising out of –
● Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Provider
●Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party.
●Any copyright infringement.
●Any defective products sold to customers from Provider's server.
Disclaimer
Provider shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Provider makes no warranties of any kind, expressed, or implied for services we provide. Provider disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries,
wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Provider and its employees.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
Provider may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request
from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
Changes Site Content and Services
Debtics reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement,
Debtics grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use our service to manage your business
operations for the term of the agreement unless terminated for any reason whatsoever; provided that you may
not use our service in a resale capacity or process any third-party data. Debtics has all rights, title, and
interest in Debtics application, and any materials supplied to you by us. Both parties hereby agree that the
functionalities cannot be altered, amended, or modified as per individual / a single party requirement.
The customer has no ownership interest in the Software or Service Provider materials provided to the Customer.
The Service Provider will own all right, title, and interest in such Software and Service Provider materials,
subject to any limitations associated with the intellectual property rights of third parties. Service Provider
reserves all rights not specifically granted herein.
Unless otherwise specifically stated in the Quote, the type of
license granted is a per Staff User Account. The customer shall ensure
that the number of the active Staff User Accounts is equal to or less than
the number of Staff User Accounts for which the Customer has subscribed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to a Staff User Account is not shared.
Only one individual may authenticate to one Staff User Account.
Limitations
You shall not sell or resell, transfer, distribute or otherwise exploit or give access to any third party of our service except as permitted under the agreement to develop your own business.
● Modify or make derivatives based upon our service.
● Create “links” to our service or “frame” or “mirror” any portion of our service on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device, or
● Access our service in order to –
(a) Build a competitive product,
(b) Build a product or service using similar functionality, ideas or graphics incorporated in our service, or
(c) Copy any functionality, ideas or graphics represented by or incorporated in our service.
Resources
Debtics will provide and operate the cloud-based servers including our application functionality available to you as provided in this agreement
Service Availability
Subject to the terms and conditions, Debtics will use reasonable efforts to provide our service for 24/7.
You agree that occasionally our service may be inaccessible or not possible to use for different reasons,
like periodic maintenance procedures or upgrades, service malfunctions, and reasons beyond our control or
which were not anticipated by us, that might include the interruption or failure of telecommunications or
digital transmission links, hostile network attacks or network jamming or any other failures. Debtics will
make reasonable efforts to reduce any disturbance, inaccessibility, or inoperability of our service in connection with these downtimes. Debtics will not be responsible for any damages or costs incurred, lost profits if any that may occur due to downtime.
We recommend a Lease line for agencies having more than 50 concurrent users.
Payment
You are in Agreement to:
(a) Provide true and complete information as asked on the Debtics Service’s registration form.
(b) Maintain and timely update the registration data so that it remains accurate, true, and up to date.
If you provide any false information, or if Debtics has sufficient grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, inaccurate, or not current, we have the right to suspend your account and decline all current or future usage of our service. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your own login credentials, and for all activity occurring on your account.
Terms and Termination
Upon acceptance of your registration information along with the initial subscription payment,
this agreement will commence and shall continue until it is terminated by either party for breach
of its terms. For any violation of this Agreement, Debtics has the authority to terminate your access
to our service. Any violation of your payment obligations or unauthorized use of our service will be
construed as a material breach of this Agreement. We may terminate your account, or your use of our service
if you breach
or otherwise fail to meet the any of the terms mentioned in this Agreement.
Deletion of your Information
Your personal information, as well as any content you make available to us,
belongs to you. If you wish to delete your entire information from our system,
please contact us. We will confirm your request (to verify that it’s really you)
