Pricing questions

How much does debt collection software cost in the UAE?

Debtics costs AED 499 a month on the Growth plan, and starts at AED 0 with a free 14-day trial on Starter. Enterprise is priced on a custom quote for banks, collection agencies and large portfolios. All three are flat monthly subscriptions per plan rather than a commission on recovered value, so the cost stays predictable as your debt book grows.

What is included in the Growth plan at AED 499 a month?

Growth costs AED 499 a month and includes unlimited debtor accounts, WhatsApp, IVR and push channels on top of email and SMS, recovery scoring, promise-to-pay tracking, ERP integrations, the defaulter self-service portal, and team workflows with auto-assignment. The price is flat for the plan, so a larger ledger does not change the monthly figure.

Is Debtics free, or is there only a free trial?

Debtics is free for 14 days rather than free forever. The Starter plan is priced at AED 0 for the trial period and gives a working workspace with up to 200 active accounts, email and SMS reminders, the dashboard and reports, CSV import and two team members. Continuing past day 14 means choosing a paid plan.

Do I need a credit card to start the 14-day free trial?

No credit card is required to start the 14-day trial. You request access with your work email, the workspace is approved, and no payment details are taken or stored while you evaluate the platform. Nothing can be charged during those 14 days because there is no card on file to charge.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically when the 14-day trial ends, because no card is taken to start it. To carry on you choose a plan and the same workspace continues with the accounts, contact history and promises to pay already loaded into it. If you decide not to continue, no subscription starts and no invoice is raised.

Is pricing per user, per debtor account, or a share of what we recover?

Debtics is charged as a flat monthly subscription per plan, not as a commission on what you recover and not per debtor account. Recovering more never raises the bill and neither does loading more overdue invoices. Enterprise differs only in structure, being licensed per staff user account rather than by portfolio value or recovered amount.

How does per staff user licensing work on the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise is licensed per staff user account, so you pay for the people who log in, such as recovery agents, team leaders and managers, rather than for the size of your debt book. The quote is sized to your portfolio and how heavily you use the legal track, so a large recovery operation is priced differently from a small in-house AR function. Sales replies with a quote within one business day.

Do prices change depending on my country, and which currencies do you publish?

Prices are published per country rather than converted live, so the figure shown is the figure billed. Debtics publishes local pricing for the United Arab Emirates in AED, Saudi Arabia in SAR, Bahrain in BHD, Qatar in QAR and India in INR, among other markets. Use the currency selector above the plans to switch country at any time.

Are SMS, WhatsApp and IVR messages included in the price or charged on top?

SMS, WhatsApp and IVR are charged separately at operator cost with no markup added, so you pay what the carrier charges and nothing more. Email and push notifications are included on Growth and Enterprise. Message spend appears as its own line rather than inside the subscription, so channel cost and software cost stay easy to separate.

Is the subscription billed monthly or annually?

Subscriptions are billed monthly by default. Annual billing is available on request for finance teams that would rather raise one payment a year than twelve. The billing cycle does not change what the plan contains, so a monthly Growth subscription and an annual one carry the same channels, reports and account limits.

What payment methods do you accept?

Domestic and international credit and debit cards are accepted, along with net banking, UPI and EMI options where they are available in your market. You choose the method when moving from the free trial onto a paid plan. Every payment produces a tax invoice automatically, so your finance team never has to ask for one.

Can I change plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

Plans can be changed at any point in the billing cycle. An upgrade applies immediately, with the difference prorated against the cycle you are in, so the extra channels and reports are live the same day. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal date, so you keep what you have already paid for. Debtor records, contact history, promises to pay and reports are unaffected.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?

There is no minimum contract and no lock-in period on Debtics. The subscription runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time, so the commitment never runs past the cycle you are in. Enterprise agreements are quoted individually, so where a fixed term or notice period matters to your procurement process, it is agreed in that quote rather than applied by default.

What happens to our data and our billing if we cancel?

Cancelling stops the subscription renewing, and there is no cancellation fee because there is no fixed term to break. Your debtors, contact history, promises to pay and payment records can be exported before you leave, and nothing is deleted without notice. The export is a standard CSV file encoded in UTF-8, so it opens cleanly in whichever system you move to.

We need a purchase order and supplier registration. How does Enterprise procurement work?

Procurement paperwork is handled during the Enterprise quote rather than at self-service checkout. Send your purchase order, supplier registration or vendor onboarding requirements with the enquiry, and the Dubai team confirms what it can accommodate, normally within one business day. Starter and Growth run as a standard monthly subscription, which suits teams that do not need a formal procurement route.
